Every monthly lease payment made on time receives a rent credit. In other words, a portion of the rent is applied toward the purchase price, you are building equity!

At the end of the lease, you have three options:
1. You may acquire traditional financing and purchase the home.
2. You may extend the lease/option, or move up to another home.
3. You may walk away from the home just like a regular lease.
